Irving Yee is a registered architect with 25 years’ experience in New York City and global markets. His firm specializes in multi-family architecture and design, and he has become a steward for the environment dedicated to fostering sustainable design and energy-efficient buildings in the residential sector.

Prior to founding Irving Yee Architecture, Irving created branded retail environments for Ralph Lauren and Urban Outfitters, as well as Swiss Army’s first flagship location in Manhattan’s trendy Soho neighborhood. Over the course of a decade, Irving designed more than 20 Urban Outfitters and Ralph Lauren stores worldwide and was influential in ensuring that each location kept the brand flavor while respecting local markets and the unique character of individual buildings. 

Irving earned his Bachelor’s in architecture from Carnegie Mellon University and his Registered Architect designation through the American Institute of Architects (AIA).  He is licensed in New York and New Jersey and is a Certified Passive House Designer who defines high-performance building as part of upscale living.  Irving is Founder of The Property Management Leaders of NYC, a LinkedIn Group.
